• Garments can be machine washed at 40°C, but we recommend washing at 30°C for optimal print durability.
• Hang dry and iron on medium heat.
• To preserve colors and prevent bleeding, wash garments inside out with similar colors.
• Do not dry clean or iron directly on the print.
• Only use non-chlorine bleach if needed.

All garments come with a sewn-in care label on the inside seam. Size labels are sewn into the shoulder seam and are not visible from the outside.

MACHINES & INK

Creator Studio’s print hubs play a big role in making responsible products, especially with the printers and inks they use. The entire Creator Studio print network uses the latest Kornit Atlas digital printers—some of the most advanced and robust machines in the industry. In addition to image reproduction, these printers use Kornit’s proprietary Neopigment ink. This ink is water-based and eco-friendly.

SHARING GOALS

By producing our L’ROYÈL fashion with Creator Studio, we also benefit from the H&M Group’s investments in responsibility throughout its fashion supply chain. These investments are focused on a central goal of net-zero emissions by 2040, with at least a 20% reduction by 2025.

If the end customer has received a faulty product, contact Creator Studio via e-mail and include the following to submit a claim:

- Order number from Mystudio or your 13-digit Shopify order number (Note: a 4-digit number is not sufficient)

- Submit clear photos of the full garment and close-up photos of the issue

- Product name (if your order includes more than one product) - Clear description of the issue(s) with the product or print
If we determine the item is faulty, we will attempt to deliver a replacement for the faulty item.

If a replacement is not possible, you will receive a full refund for the product price. We will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If your payment method is invoice, you will receive a credit note that can be deducted from your next transfer.

The order is then picked, processed and packed within 1-3 business days.

Your parcel then begins its journey once it has been picked up for delivery by one of our shipping partners.

If your order isn't finished in time for the daily pick-up it will be picked up the next business day.
